I lead applied AI and enablement at Shopify. I advise senior leaders, onboard executives to agents, run large enablement sessions, embed directly with operators, and build systems, apps, dashboards, and agentic workflows myself.

I've learned that giving everyone tools is not adoption. You have to create the conditions for people to redesign their work with agents: leadership fluency, power user enablement, practical training, access to data and systems, and an operating rhythm that helps the best work spread.
